No. We are an online platform matching dental professionals and employers for employment.
Once an employer expresses interest, an interview can be scheduled directly through the platform. You'll receive a notification and can talk with the employer directly to schedule a time.
BOOST gives you a BOOST Badge on your profile to let employers know you're actively seeking employment, see who has viewed your resume and profile, and go confidential — including hiding your profile, hiding your photo, and searching for jobs anonymously.
You may edit your availability at any time in your settings.
Call or email the dental office right away if you need to cancel a temporary day.
The dental office pays you directly in accordance with your employment state law requirements.
With a BOOST account, you can see who has viewed your resume and profile.
You may "Block" and "Unblock" any employers if you have a BOOST account.
You can create a resume right inside Dental Web Jobs — just sign up, and use our free resume-building tool.
The dental office will never see your rating. When a dental office receives a certain amount of "would return to office" ratings, they are given a badge to show that they are a preferred work environment.

You can post temporary positions or permanent positions. You can purchase individual posts or subscribe for unlimited postings.

Yes. You can make an account for each practice you own.
Subscriptions are available for unlimited temporary posts only, or unlimited temporary and permanent posts combined. Visit the Pricing page for current rates.
Yes. You can save candidates to your Favorites list to easily reference and compare them later.
Yes. The platform surfaces Matched Candidates based on the requirements of your job posting.
The platform sends notifications when relevant activity occurs on your account, such as new applicants or interview updates.
After purchasing a job post (or subscribing), go to Post Your Job from your dashboard. You'll set the job type, pay rate, schedule, and any confidentiality preferences before publishing.
You are responsible for verifying all employee licenses. We have provided links to all the U.S. state boards of dental examiners.
The dental professional will never see your rating. When they receive a certain amount of "would return to office" ratings, they are given a badge to show that they are a preferred employee.
You are responsible for paying the temporary employees the pre-arranged amount. Payment should be made per your state law requirements.
We are committed to no hidden fees EVER. Our Unlimited plans will never charge for additional posts, and our Pay-As-You-Go plan has clear and affordable pricing.
You won't lose any unused paid job posts. However, to reactivate your account you must contact admin at info@dentalwebjobs.com.
Dental Web Jobs does NOT charge any cancellation fees. We do require that you contact the office if you need to cancel a shift you are booked for.
